My practice focuses on complex corporate and securities litigation, including stockholder derivative actions, mergers and acquisitions, and other disputes involving public companies.
I began my career at Lowey Dannenberg, where I worked on complex securities and commercial litigation. I later joined Scott Holleman in representing stockholders in corporate and securities matters. We have worked together for many years, through several firms and now at Julie & Holleman.
Over the course of my practice, I have handled matters involving a broad range of corporate, securities, and commercial disputes. That breadth of experience informs my work investigating potential claims, developing litigation strategy, and litigating cases on behalf of stockholders.
