My practice focuses on stockholder litigation involving corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, and other corporate misconduct.
I began my legal career at Kelley Drye & Warren, where I represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation. I later moved to the plaintiffs’ bar, where I focused on stockholder litigation and became a partner. During that period, I was selected to Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list each year from 2012 through 2019. Before co-founding Julie & Holleman in 2022, I founded and led my own litigation boutique.
My experience—representing parties on both sides of complex disputes, building a plaintiffs’ practice, and running my own firm—continues to inform how I investigate, develop, and litigate cases for stockholders today.

Stockholder Derivative LitigationObtained a $45.4 million recovery and significant enhancements to stockholder governance rights in litigation challenging a recapitalization transaction.

Merger LitigationObtained an $83.75 million recovery for former TerraForm stockholders in connection with the take-private of the company by Brookfield Asset Management, following years of litigation and two precedent-setting appeals to the Delaware Supreme Court.
Google Inc.
Prior-Firm ExperienceShareholder LitigationSecured payment of more than $552 million in stock to investors in a settlement reached on the eve of trial, in an action challenging the creation of new securities intended to entrench the founders’ control of the company.
Investors Bancorp, Inc.
Prior-Firm ExperienceExecutive CompensationObtained rescission of 75% of the more than $50 million in stock and options that bank directors awarded to themselves following a corporate reorganization, in a result the court praised as recovering significant value wrongfully diverted from the company.
